CASA of New Jersey is seeking an exceptional and motivated VISTA Member to serve as our VISTA Leader, beginning mid-November 2012. In addition to the typical responsibilities of a Leader (recruiting, supporting VISTA Members, managing and leading in-person Member meetings), we anticipate that this upcoming year will be an especially exciting one for our VISTA Leader.

During the year of service the VISTA Leader will develop and implement a formal and regular Member training program; develop and manage the MLK Day of Service and the 9/11 Day of Remembrance and Service events for our Members; assist with managing and supporting Members at newly added external (non-CASA) Sites; and be a integral participant in the planning and submission of our third VISTA Project Application.

The VISTA Leader will serve at CASA of New Jersey, in New Brunswick, NJ.
