PCHC Community HealthCorps is an AmeriCorps project based in Bangor, Maine. We are a federally qualified health center with 17 practices. We serve residents throughout Penobscot County and beyond.
We are looking for individuals to serve at our health centers, to work to promote careers in health care at middle and senior high schools, to work with individuals living with AIDS/HIV and those who are homeless and peri-homeless.
Stipend: $11,800
Hours: 1,700 for 10 to 12 months
Educational Award: $5,350
We have one position avaialbe for the 2010-2011 year and then 8 positions for the 2011-2012.
