Healthy Kids, Healthy Families, an initiative of Health Care Service Corporation, is designed to improve the health and wellness of children in Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. The goal of the initiative is to support nonprofit organizations that offer sustainable, measurable programs to reach children and their families in the following areas: nutrition education, physical activity, disease prevention and management, and safe environments.
