The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting core and non-staffed Colorado Campus Compact (CCC) programs and services, including web-based, ongoing CCC services. This position will assist the Director of Member Services and the Executive Director in planning and implementing core programs and services for CCC member campuses across the state of Colorado. The Administrative Coordinator will also assist program staff in coordinating ongoing events and projects as needed. In addition, this position will serve as the primary office manager for CCC and will be responsible for administrative functions. This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week on an 11-month contract, fully benefited, and is renewed annually pending CCC membership renewal.
The Administrative Coordinator will coordinate logistics for all CCC core programs and services, including faculty and student recognition, faculty development scholarships, Advisory Committee meetings, Executive Committee meetings and engaged faculty and staff trainings; assist program staff with events and projects as needed; submit all check requests, fiscal documentation and other budget requests to the Executive Director within required timeframes; and compile information for and administer twice-monthly electronic updates to CCC members.
This position will manage all updates to the CCC website and social media outlets on an ongoing basis; manage and coordinate all databases for CCC, including the Emma system, Outlook contacts, the National Campus Compact database and the CCC invoicing database; and serve as the primary CCC contact to Regis University Information Technology Services department.
This person will order all CCC office supplies; serve as liaison to all CCC office vendors; serve as liaison to Berkeley Lofts management for all tenant issues; assist the Executive Director with all CCC member invoicing annually; assist the Director of Member Services and Executive Director with campus site visit scheduling; serve as initial contact for CCC to the public; and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Three years work experience in a nonprofit organization, college or university is required.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills; the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point; strong organizational skills; the ability to write and to communicate clearly and effectively; and familiarity with web-based applications and social media.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree.
