Assistant Director – Center for Community & Learning Partnerships

Wentworth Institute of Technology - Boston, MA

Develop and lead sustainable programs and opportunities for student leadership and participation in civic engagement by working cross divisionally with academics, enrollment management, and student affairs as well as outside partners and stake holders.
Excellent written and oral communication skills demonstrating strategic thinking.
Grant application involvement a plus.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required. Three – four years of related experience also required. Strong supervisory skills are also needed. Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with diverse stake holders, community groups, students and faculty. Working knowledge of civic engagement and service learning programs and/or college access and success programming. Master’s degree is preferred. Experience in a higher education environment also preferred.
