Brief Position Summary: Concordia University seeks to fill the position of Assistant Director of Service Leadership. This full-time, 12 month position seeks to cultivate a climate of civic engagement by involving the Concordia campus in service and social justice education. The Assistant Director of Service Leadership advises student leaders of service and social justice programming and alternative break trips, coordinates the Student Service Corps Mentorship programs, and helps to develop, assess and maintain community partnerships. This position reports to the Director of Service Leadership and Multicultural Services, but is highly collaborative and will work closely with other student life and academic departments. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree in Higher Education with an emphasis in Service Learning or related field preferred. For the complete job description, please select the link below.
