Working under minimal supervision, the Assistant Director supports the integration of academic learning into the development of student civic leadership skills by developing and facilitating community-based learning (CBL) and community-based research (CBR) at Colorado College. By supporting student and faculty engagement in reciprocal and sustainable CBL and CBR projects, this position facilitates student leadership development and provides guidance and support for student-run initiatives.
