Santa Clara University announces a new position of Associate Provost for Diversity and Inclusion. The Associate Provost will (i) work closely with members of the University community to enhance the recruitment, retention and success of underrepresented faculty, (ii) promote a student climate of inclusive excellence by collaborating with many University offices in sponsoring a variety of curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular programs, and (iii) coordinate with or assist the Offices of Enrollment Management, Affirmative Action, and Human Resources in efforts to recruit a more diverse student body and staff, respectively. The Associate Provost for Diversity and Inclusion will report directly to the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs.
