MIDWEST CAMPUS COMPACT CITIZEN‐SCHOLAR FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Wisconsin Campus Compact (WiCC) invites applications for the position of Midwest Campus Compact
Citizen‐Scholar (M3C) Fellowship Program Director. The M3C Program Director will provide leadership
and guidance for a program that supports 600 AmeriCorps positions at various campuses throughout
the Midwest region. Starting Salary: $35,358
Qualifications:
Required – Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline; min 3 yrs experience community based
learning/community service program development; excellent oral & written communication skills; able
to relate to wide range of individuals; proficiency using internet, e‐mail, word processing,
spreadsheets/database software.
Preferred – Master’s degree in relevant discipline; supervisory, training & resource development
experience; demonstrable success in multi‐site project management, training, service‐learning/civic
engagement program development and building successful educational partnerships.
