Program Coordinator (29AF4304)

The University of Cincinnati is currently accepting applications for a Program Coordinator. Under supervision of the Director of the Center for Community Engagement, manage the day-to-day office operations including working with and supervising students, managing office financial accounts through SAP, including grants. Work closely with the director, the university, and the community in all stages of program planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. Position begins in August 2009.

Job Description: Under general supervision from a designated administrator, plan, design, evaluate, modify and coordinate programs for a department or college.

Min. Quals.: Bachelors degree with 1 year experience; OR associate degree with 3 years experience; OR 5 years experience. Experience must be in program coordination.

Ideal Qualifications: Friendly, able to work with others, good customer service. Able to prioritize time and manage multiple projects.
Demonstrated commitment to community engagement.
Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Some web design or web updating experience. Experience with SAP or ability to learn accounting software.
