Desired Education and skills level:

  • The ideal candidate must have at least a Diploma in Social work and social administration, Education, Development studies or Communication.
  • Previous experience of working with Orphaned Vulnerable Children is an added advantage.
  • Formal training in child development work is an added advantage.
  • Proven integrity in personal and public life style mostly in dealing with young children.
  • Extra knowledge and skills in project planning, management and proposal writing is an asset.
  • Must be at least 18 years and above.

Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and quality child information documentation.
  • Source for sponsorship/scholarship and manage child to sponsor correspondence.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of a holistic child development programs.
  • Be in charge of all the Centers child development related activities, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Be a role model for the children, their families and the communities.
  • Attend to other task assigned by the Executive Director.
