The American Lung Association needs volunteers age 16 and over to assist with our Fight for Air Run/Walk to be held on Saturday October 2nd, 2010 from 7:30am – 12:30pm. This is a 5k (3.1 miles) run / walk that benefits the American Lung Association. Proceeds from this event go directly to research, education, and advocacy efforts that help to save lives, prevent lung disease and promote lung health. Over 1,000 people will participate in this worthwhile cause. Volunteers are needed to assist with registration, water stations along the route, cheering on participants, t-shirt distribution and table monitoring!

If you would prefer to run/walk in the event we would be happy to have you register as a participant instead of as a volunteer and form a team! This event is a great team building opportunity and is tons of fun! For more information regarding volunteering or on forming a team to run/walk at the event please contact:
