Kelsie Hanson has been showcasing her leadership skills since the day she set foot on the Montana State University Billings (MSUB) campus. Kelsie’s primary impact has been through her service as the president of the MSUB Student United Way. In that role, she has made it her mission to build the capacity of Student United Way and a culture of engagement on the MSUB campus. This year, Student United Way exceeded their goal of 2,000 hours of volunteer service for various agencies throughout the Billings community. All of the projects tied directly to three focus areas: Education, Income and Health.

Campus Compact's workshops have been extremely valuable. Faculty often become energized by the workshop content and bring that enthusiasm back to campus.
