Morgan Ostwinkle, a sophomore at Angelo State University, is a student leader passionate about purposeful change. For the past year, she has worked to improve communication between Angelo State students and their appropriate legislators on issues such as state funding for public institutions as well as legislation concerning the allowance of concealed hand guns on college campuses. Ms. Ostwinkle also has a strong passion for agriculture and environment demonstrated through her tireless work within her major as well as her efforts to increase awareness among students through the creation of environmental sustainability programs.
