Samantha Meyer, a second year student at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. is a student leader active in issues of educational equity. For the past two years, Samantha has worked closely with Georgetown’s D.C. Reads Program, community groups and the Ward 7 Promise Neighborhoods Initiative to decrease educational disparities and support the efforts of public schools. Samantha is a leader among her peers and works tirelessly to strengthen the education of children living in disadvantaged communities.

Thanks to Campus Compact for all that you have done over the years to nurture the campus service and service-learning movement.
