Elizabeth Stoltz is the Founder and President of the organization Food for Thought, which provides seeks to eradicate malnurishment in the developing world through fundraising, awareness, and healthy food. Currently a junior at Ithaca College, Elizabeth also researches for She’s the First, an organization that helps girls in developing countries become the first  in a family to graduate from school.   Elizabeth uses her developing marketing and communications skills to write for several websites on humanitarian issues, including Concern Worldwide’s Global Classroom blog, and Ithaca College’s Buzzsaw Magazine.
