West Virginia Wesleyan College senior Jessica Wagner is a Bonner Scholar, a successful business major, and a member of the WE LEAD peer council (Wesleyan Engaging Leaders through Education, Awareness and Development). Jessica created a project called Change for Change, which used refurbished parking meters to create a good neighbor fund for one-time financial assistance to area residents who needed a hand up.
