Patricia Erdman, a junior at Weber State University, began a food distribution program three years ago that has served over 5,000 low-income families.  Patricia, a fulltime student and mother of three, orchestrated daily and weekly distribution of food to apartment complexes through her partnership with a local church.  Her next plan is to add produce and dairy to the deliveries.
