Andy Miller, a senior at Western Carolina University, has taken an active role in the campaign to end extreme poverty around the world. He has made impressive contributions to existing organizations and projects, such as the End of Polio campaign and the Global Poverty Project, and he has also organized local philanthropy, direct service, and political advocacy campaigns. Andy understands the importance of mobilizing his fellow students, and has used his leadership skills to bring the university community together around poverty-related issues.
