Susan Rondini, a second-year student at Cuyahoga Community College, is a Robert L. Lewis Scholar active in issues of Deaf Education and Occupational Services. For the past two years she has worked to create her own nonprofit organization to serve companies with an interest in employing and supporting the deaf and hard of hearing. Her non-profit business seeks to improve the quality of life of this under-represented population.
