Sara Pennebecker, a junior at Loras College, is an advocate for human dignity and equality issues in the community of Dubuque, Iowa in both actions and words. She works with classmates to offer Ally and anti-bullying training in local schools. Sara has also lobbied against child abuse, assisted in advocating for immigration reform and worked to eradicate poverty in our local community.
