Brief Biography:
Cathy is a consultant, coach, trainer, facilitator, and educator in the areas of leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness. With experience in education, non-profit, and business settings Cathy's clients include: The Office of the Chancellor - California State University System, California Volunteers, CSU Bakersfield Office of Community Service-Learning, The One Star Foundation, the Foundation for California Community Colleges, Stanford University and California Campus Compact. For fifteen years Cathy has served as a supervisor, coach, and mentor to new and seasoned professionals. She has created and implemented a variety of leadership development opportunities for diverse teams including comprehensive university-wide programs, student advisory boards, and yearlong intensive professional development programs. Cathy has a strong commitment to creating a more just world. Her experiences and talents allow her to create spaces in which others can focus on supporting individuals while creating organizations and communities that fully value and model inclusiveness and equity.
