Guam Community College is proud to announce that sophomore Liberal Arts student Marina Taylor is the recipient of the Hawaii Pacific Islands Campus Compact (HPICC) 2011 Community Impact Award for a community service project she initiated with Island Girl Power during Fall Semester 2010.
