Dozens of CMU’s student teachers will receive a financial boost this year thanks to new funding from a state service organization.

The Michigan Service Scholars Program, an AmeriCorps Michigan initiative administered by Michigan Campus Compact, has provided up to $100,000 to be awarded to CMU student teachers during the 2007-08 academic year.
