Portsmouth Pantry Garden Teaches Sustainability

The Portsmouth Pantry recently held its groundbreaking with many community members present including Portsmouth Municipal Court Judge Steven Mowery. Mowery and Judge Russell Kegley will be providing community workers for the garden. One of the aspects of the garden is to help teach sustainability to those who have plots…
