When Rapides Habitat for Humanity Executive Director Connie R. Cooper began planning for her organization’s spring marketing campaign, she said her first concern was cost.…But then she came across Louisiana State University at Alexandria’s Office of Service Learning, a new campus office that offers a program that trimmed her costs significantly.…”It’s a really neat, neat process.”
