‘The Unheard Voices’

In an interview with Inside Higher Ed, Randy Stoecker and Elizabeth Tryon talk about their findings that appear in their book, The Unheard Voices: Community Organizations and Service Learning (Temple University Press). In it, they explore the relationship between college and community, asking whether the latter benefits as much as service-learning proponents say….

Says Stoeker in the interview, “National Campus Compact is making community impact a central topic in their work.”
