Campuses throughout Davenport University “”adopt”" a community agency and serve that agency regularly to provide services such as refurbishing, remodeling, food collection, working in the agency offices, raising funds for scholarships and/or agency needs and any other service that can be provided. Sponsorships include Mel Trotter Ministries, Grand Rapids Civic Theatre, Habitat for Humanity, Liz s Place, My Sister s House, Black Excellence in Education Program (B.E.E.P.), and The Dwelling Place.
