UPenn is working on a number of initiatives to fulfill its Five Promises to America as part of America’s Promise, including:
- Increasing the number of its students, faculty, staff and alumni involved in one-to-one mentoring from 200 to 400
Increading the number of students in community service from 2,000 to 3,000
Expanding the number of children participating in peer and community health education from 550 to 3,000
Reaching an additional 2,500 children through an additional 24 sites with oral health care through its School of Dental Medicine
