Though funds are modest, Millikin offers incentive grants for incorporating service-learning into electives (it is required in a first year University Seminar and we have required Senior Capstones with “”community contribution”" components). We also have summer service learning fellowships, for both faculty and students, that are more community service–they don’t have to be tied to coursework, or developing a course.
