Vassar has admitted three Poughkeepsie High School seniors as freshmen as a reult of a Vassar science scholars program in which selected city students take Saturday classes with college professors and use the school’s equipment to study artificial intelligence and other science topics. One admitted students said “”[Vassar] is two blocks from my house, but it’ll be a whole new world.”"
