The Engaged Department Toolkit (and Supplemental CD-ROM) is a handbook designed to help departments develop strategies for including community-based work in their teaching and scholarship, making community-based experiences a standard expectation for majors, and encouraging civic engagement and progressive change at the departmental level.

Besides providing us with excellent conference and workshop information, Campus Compact continues to give us pertinent data concerning model service-learning courses, resource materials, networking opportunities with colleagues around the country, and a plethora of fascinating publications.
