The Community Service Learning Center Coordinator facilitates the management of the Community Service Learning Center. Duties include: provide assistance to the Director, Associate Director, and faculty with planning and organizing program development workshops, seminars, grant applications, etc. The Coordinator assists in working with non-profit community agencies to negotiate volunteer placement for CSULB students; designs flyers, prepares payment schedules and forms; adapts assessment forms from assessment templates and then computes the assessment results; assists with the Center's budget, maintain ledgers, monitor balances, and evaluate and process routine expenditures; provides administrative support through scheduling and providing workshops and events for faculty and staff. The Coordinator is responsible for the distribution and production of correspondence and flyers as well as the oversight of the development, updating, and maintenance of the Center's records, files, and accounts.
