Under the supervision of the Service Programs Director, the Coordinator of the Office of Community-Based Learning is responsible for the daily operations and functions of the office. The coordinator serves as the primary advocate and communications source for service learning and other community-based learning programs to the campus community as well as to the surrounding community. This position facilitates ongoing support and leadership direction of the service learning task force which provides insight and direction in the implementation of the comprehensive campus service learning program; develops and manages community-based learning databases; oversees the budget; develops and maintains policies and procedures relevant to service and service learning programs; and prepares written reports relating to grant administration.
