The Kernodle Center for Service Learning serves as the central hub of service learning at Elon. The Center houses the Academic Service-Learning program and Elon Volunteers!, the umbrella organization encompassing 50 student-run community service programs and organizations. The Kernodle Center leadership team consists of the Director, Assistant Director, Outreach Coordinator, VISTA, 3 student interns, and 50+ student coordinators and directors who work in partnership with community agencies.

The Director of the Kernodle Center for Service Learning is a dynamic and motivated professional with strong student interaction, interpersonal and organizational skills for the Director. This position is responsible for the overall support, direction, planning, oversight and advancement of the programs, organizations and events of the Kernodle Center; serves as the primary voice of service for the campus; and oversees Elon Volunteers! and Academic Service-Learning.
