The Center for Experiential Education and Service Learning (CEESL) is a unit of he Office of Instructional Development and is designed to develop, coordinate and support experiential education and service opportunities for UCLA students. CEESL programs operate on the principles of active learning and incorporate student, hands-on experiences with traditional classroom education. The Executive Director is directly responsible for guiding allocation and management of resources to effectively address campus wide goals for experiential education and service learning, and for implementing the academically oriented projects, programs, services and activities which best meet those goals.
