Rhode Island Campus Compact (RICC) is a statewide coalition of colleges and universities committed to teaching the values of civic engagement and public leadership. Rhode Island Campus Compact actively promotes public and community service as vital components of higher education. Through innovative student, faculty and institutional participation in service, higher education can meet its public trust to inspire an active, responsible and committed citizenry while helping to address community needs. RICC encourages civic discourse and debate and assists higher education institutions in the creation of partnerships with the community.
