Senior Manager, Public Discourse

Katrina serves as the Senior Manager, Public Discourse at Campus Compact. In this role, she supports the design and implementation of initiatives that strengthen dialogue and public discourse across higher education institutions and communities.

Prior to joining Campus Compact, Katrina led national dialogue and civic engagement initiatives at the Aspen Institute, where she worked with college leaders, faculty, and community partners to advance constructive approaches to campus conflict and public discourse. Her work included leading multi-phase research and convenings focused on how institutions can respond to complex social and political challenges while maintaining trust and shared purpose.

Katrina began her career as a middle school science teacher through Teach For America and continues to be motivated by the role of education in preparing individuals for civic participation. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University.
