Director, Coalitions and Member Experience
Laura serves as Director of Coalitions & Member Experience at Campus Compact, working at the intersection of relationship management, engagement strategy, and coalition-building to create intentional, responsive, and people-centered member experiences that strengthen collaboration and community impact across Campus Compact’s network of higher education institutions.
With nearly a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Laura has led work focused on membership engagement, funder relations, governance support, and cross-functional collaboration within national networks and mission-driven organizations. Her experience includes managing relationship portfolios, developing member engagement and retention strategies, improving organizational processes, and helping ensure that member and stakeholder perspectives meaningfully inform organizational priorities and initiatives.
Laura is passionate about building spaces where individuals and organizations feel connected, supported, and empowered to contribute to society. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Nonprofit Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Laura enjoys summertime, yoga, and spending time with her 14-year-old dog, Zoe. She is based in Alexandria, VA
