Senior Manager, Finance and Operations
Jen brings more than a decade of experience working in nonprofit operations, financial management, and mission-driven programming. Before joining Campus Compact, she served in nonprofit leadership at Meals on Wheels Greenville, where she helped strengthen financial and operational systems while supporting community-based programs focused on nutrition, health, and aging services. Her work included supporting initiatives aligned with the growing Food is Medicine movement, connecting nutrition access with improved health outcomes for vulnerable populations.
In addition to her professional work, Jen has been actively involved in volunteer and community leadership roles supporting advocacy for women and children, civic engagement, and community well-being. She is passionate about strengthening systems that allow nonprofits to operate effectively while expanding their impact in the communities they serve.
Jen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Liberty University and is continuing her education by pursuing a Master’s degree in General Accounting to further deepen her expertise in nonprofit financial leadership.
