Registration is now open for the Campus Compact's newest Affinity Network — the Campus CoGenerate Affinity Network. The opening session is on Wednesday, October 15th, 2025 and the network will meet monthly on select Wednesdays from 2:00-3:00 PM ET.
The Campus CoGenerate Affinity Network is a new ongoing collegial network of institutions that focuses on the power generated when older and younger people come together to solve community problems and build a more secure economic future for all.
With support from the MetLife Foundation, Campus Compact and CoGenerate are expanding efforts to make campuses centers for cogenerational collaboration and learning and to bring generations together. Affinity group members will network, build partnerships, and share best practices, empowering campuses across the country to unite older and younger generations to address some of the most pressing challenges facing society.
"College campuses are natural places for cogenerational work, where knowledge is not bound by age but instead shared across generations to enrich academic and civic life," said Natalie Furlett, Senior Director of Member and Student Engagement at Campus Compact. "Our partnership with CoGenerate to create the Campus CoGenerate Affinity Network has brought together institutions across different geographies and types to showcase how uniting generations of learners can spark not just friendship and understanding, but a deep appreciation for the ingenuity of co-generational partnerships."
The Campus CoGenerate Affinity Network is open to faculty, staff, students, administrators, and community partners at active Campus Compact member institutions. Registration will be open throughout the Fall with the first session taking place on Wednesday, October 15h, 2025 at 2:00 PM ET.
